Hey KK,

Congratulations on making it past 6 months. This update to the site is to prove to you that we haven’t forgotten. I don't always know how to say the things I feel, so I made you this instead. I want you to know, not in a passing way, but deep down, that you matter. You have always mattered.

I see you. The sharp mind that catches everything, the humor that lights up a room, the girl who once tested my baking skills and watched me absolutely fail. The girl who always called passenger seat, who jammed to music with all of her heart, and who somehow managed to beat me at Clue every single time. (I'm still not over it.) And now you’re leading 3-1 against me on that Guess The Number Game smh!

Jokes aside. One memory I have is that random roadside trip we took and somehow ended up hanging out in a furniture store lol. Remember? It’s those little moments that just stick.

I know life is heavy sometimes. I know there are things you carry that no one can fully see. But I need you to hear this: you don't have to earn love. You don't have to be perfect or have it all figured out or get into Penn State or be anything other than exactly who you already are. You are loved as-is. Right now. Always.

I'm proud of you for making it this far. More than you probably know. I'm praying for you, that the path ahead clears, that peace finds you when you need it most, and that you feel the love that surrounds you even when everything feels dark. You are not alone in this.
